deepc, a Munich, Germany-based company behind AI operating systems for radiologists and enterprise clinical organizations, closed its Series A with a $13M extension funding.

The round, which brought the total amount to $30M, was led by Sofinnova Partners and Bertelsmann Investments, with participation from new investors KHP Ventures and SwissHealth Ventures, alongside existing investor Winning Mindset Ventures. 

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth and international expansion, as well as further enhance and commercialize its industry-leading operating system.

Led by CEO Dr. Franz Pfister, deepc has developed the radiology AI platform deepcOS®, providing clinicians with effortless access to a myriad of regulatory-approved globally leading AI solutions for more than 60 clinical indications, delivering more efficient workflows and assisting radiologists in their daily routine.

The company enables installation, end-to-end integration, and unified contracting and billing, service, all under a comprehensive privacy & security framework
