The round was led by First Round Capital, with participation from Construct Capital, AI Grant, Box Group, Company Ventures, and Conviction.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Tim Spencer, Tom Petit, and Lorenz Pallhuber, Didero is a procurement agent startup that integrates with customers’ existing systems and use AI trained on best practices in supply chain management to automate the most common workflows — from proactively checking in on orders to running an entire RFQ process. Its agents use supply chain data to facilitate and automate sourcing, onboarding, purchase order management, invoice management and payments.
