DreamBig Semiconductor Inc., a San Jose, CA-based company which specializes in high-performance accelerator platforms, raised $75M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Samsung Catalyst Fund and the Sutardja Family. New investors included Samsung, Hanwha, Event Horizon, and Raptor, alongside continuing contributions from existing stakeholders including the Sutardja Family, UMC Capital, BRV, Ignite Innovation Fund, Grandfull Fund, and others.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development and commercialization of products built on its Chiplet Hub™ and Platform Chiplets.
Led by CEO Sohail Syed, DreamBig is developing a chiplet platform that drives modular semiconductor solutions. It is renowned for providing the Chiplet Hub, facilitating the scaling of processor, accelerator, and networking chiplets.
