Kinective, a Phoenix, AZ-based provider of connectivity, document workflow, and branch automation software for the banking sector, acquired Nexus Software, a Chesterland, OH-based company which specializes in branch device management for financial institutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Kinective will consolidate its position as a player in banking software, driving transformation in retail operations while creating new avenues for international market expansion.
