Sparq, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of outsourced digital engineering for technology driven and Fortune 1000 companies, acquired Amplify Consulting Partners, a Seattle, WA-based data-first consulting firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Sparq will expand its offerings.
