Avionté, a Bloomington, MN-based provider of enterprise staffing platforms acquired AkkenCloud, a Nashua, NH-based staffing software company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Avionté will expand its offerings in the staffing software industry. AkkenCloud brings knowledge and understanding to Avionté’s platform, instrumental in designing a system that addresses the challenges and needs of the staffing industry. AkkenCloud’s clients will benefit from Avionté’s suite of staffing platform technologies.
