Bandana Raises $8.5M in Funding

Bandana, a New York-based startup that empower workers and give them the tools and resources they need to take control of their work and their lives, confirmed they raised $8.5m in funding.

The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from existing investors Craft Ventures and Triple Impact Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.  

Led by CEO Timothy Makalinao, Bandana has allowed over 150,000 people across New York to search for jobs since January 2024.
