Consello Capital, a NYC-based private equity arm of Consello, acquired EHE Health, a NYC-based network provider of preventive healthcare.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Consello Capital will expand its offerings.
Led by CEO Chris Bird, EHE Health, EHE Health is a national healthcare provider network which specializes in preventive health that partners with mid- and large-sized employers to give their employees and beneficiaries an entry point to organized healthcare, beginning with prevention. Its comprehensive, evidence-based preventive care provides 100% of the recommended screenings.
Led by CEO Declan Kelly, Consello Capital is the private equity arm of Consello. The firm specializes in investments in the business services, consumer, and retail sectors, leveraging its network and integrated advisory expertise to help grow its middle-market portfolio companies.
