Credbull, a Nassau, Bahamas-based onchain private credit fund manager, raised $5.2M in funding.
The round was led by GnosisVC, with participation from Outlier Ventures, HODL Ventures, LucidBlue Ventures, CryptoHedge, Marcello Mari (Founder of SingularityDAO), and other investors.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its platform’s capabilities, broaden its product suite, and consolidate its market position as a provider of onchain private credit solutions.
Led by CEO Jason Dehni, Credbull is a licensed onchain private credit fund manager which gives access to private credit and institutional-grade RWA through blockchain technology. By offering risk-adjusted high yield solutions and access to a high performing asset class with full transparency, it provides innovative investment solutions to both Web3 and TradFi investors.
