Exiger, a Washington, DC-based supply chain and third-party risk AI company, acquired logistics intelligence platform XSB.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition combines XSB’s comprehensive proprietary purchasing, design and sustainment intelligence and engineering analytics platform with Exiger’s own proprietary data and AI, creating an end-to-end solution for the logistics, PEO and acquisition communities.

Founded by CEO Rupert Hopkins, XSB uses AI-based applications to transform unstructured data into actionable intelligence. Its graph database is widely used across government agencies, platforms and combatant commands, as well as the Defense Industrial Base. The company’s catalog spans 100 million parts and 400 million parts attributes used by the U.S. Federal Government, from camouflage clothing to weapons systems.

Led by President Carrie Wibben, Exiger provides corporations, government agencies and banks with ESG, cyber, financial crime, third-party and supply chain management software and tech-enabled solutions. The company serves 550 customers across the globe, including 150 in the Fortune 500 and over 55 organizations across the Defense Industrial Base and government agencies, with AI technology.
