Flowit, a Zurich, Switzerland-based startup leveraging a digital coach for personnel development, closed a €4.2m seed funding round.

The round was co-led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital, funds of Carsten Maschmeyer, with participation from Daniel Gutenberg.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach, as well as its development efforts.

Flowit offers a solution that provides all employees—especially those on the front lines, such as service technicians, healthcare workers, hospitality staff, and other non-desk employees —with access to real-time feedback and development. The system automates processes, real-time data, and AI-driven dashboards, and offers comprehensive features, including innovative employee satisfaction surveys and customisable focus areas for employee development.

Launched in September 2021, the company has already acquired over 70 customers in the DACH region, including hospitals, hospitality businesses, and real estate companies.
