GoWit, an Irvine, Calif.- and Newark, Delaware-based provider of a retail media advertising platform, raised $1.3M in funding.
The round was led by Formus Capital, APY Ventures, Mindvest, and DCP.
The company intends to use the funds for expansion across Europe and MENA.
Led by CEO Emrah Adsan, GoWit is an AdTech company that offers an all-in-one Retail Media Ads (RMA) platform to empower retailers, grocers, and marketplaces to build and scale their high-margin ad businesses with sponsored ad types, omnichannel reach, and strategic activation of first-party data.
