GrubMarket, a San Francisco, CA-based tech-enabled food eCommerce company, acquired Good Eggs, an Oakland, CA-based online grocery service renowned for its commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and high-quality food.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition will strengthens GrubMarket’s eCommerce capabilities and brand presence, particularly across its major service regions in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.

More than 70% of its products are sourced within 250 miles of distribution.
