Level AI, a Mountain View, CA-based innovator in LLM-native customer experience intelligence and the service automation space, raised $39.4M in Series C funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $73.1M, was led by Adams Street Partners, with additional investment from Cross Creek, Brightloop, many CX leaders, and participation from existing investors including Battery Ventures and Eniac Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth, innovation, and talent recruitment to advance product development, engineering, and R&D.
