moveXM, a SaaS provider for Customer Experience Management (CXM), acquired Inceptivize BV, a Dutch SaaS provider of Customer Experience Measurement, specializing in customer feedback in the social housing sector.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition, supported by Pride Capital Partners, expands moveXMs reach into a new vertical while expanding its continuous development into a leading CXM platform in Europe.
Founded in 2012, Inceptivize has carved out a niche in the field of customer experience management for housing associations (“woningbouwcorporatie”) in the Netherlands, enhancing satisfaction in this market segment through its advanced feedback management (SaaS) and extensive consulting expertise. In recent years, the company has developed into a significant player in this area and is known for its pragmatic approach and customized solutions that seamlessly integrate with the IT systems of housing companies.
Through the merger of the two companies, clients in the social housing sector will now benefit from even more expertise and technological innovations, such as the use of AI and the stronger integration of employee feedback.
