Pangeam Raises $4.25M in Seed Funding

-

Pangeam, a San Francisco, CA company provider of a B2B SaaS workplace intelligence platform, raised $4.25M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Neotribe, with participation from SNR Ventures, DVC, and Niremia Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by CEO Jeremy Moultrup, Pangeam delivers spatial and social analytics that allow companies to refine office layouts, improve resource allocation, and enhance overall workplace efficiency. The system quantifies the difference between design intent and actual human activity, providing insights into whether a space is effectively empowering teams. By measuring anonymous presence and ergonomic movements, the platform compares these metrics against layouts, amenities, and other design elements, creating a feedback loop that improves the built environment. The result is a workspace that keeps employees engaged, productive, and contributes positively to the employer’s financial health.

Its benefits include:

  • AI-powered analytics.
  • Focus on privacy.
  • Operational efficiency.
  • Integration with existing workflows.
