RepAI, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based AI sales concierge that helps e-commerce shops to improve conversion rates, raised $8.2m in funding.
The round was led by Osage Venture Partners (OVP) with participation from Flashpoint Venture Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for further development of its commerce sales tool.

Empowered by ChatGPT, Rep AI learns and expresses each brand’s unique voice while staying up-to-date by constantly scanning catalogs. Shopify merchants can increase sales, reduce support tickets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Rep AI integrates with Shopify and post-sale apps like Gorgias, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Yotpo. They currently serve a broad range of customers including Underoutfit, Fuller Brush, Harney & Sons, and many others.
