Rhinestone, a startup providing tools for developers to augment smart account features, raised $5m in seed funding.
The round was led by 1kx, with participation from CoinFund, Lattice, Heartcore, Circle Ventures , Alchemy Ventures, zkSync, Cyber, as well as angels from Biconomy, WalletConnect, WorldCoin, Lit Protocol and Pimlico.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations, its smart account infrastructure, as well as its developer incentive program.
Rhinestone transforms smart accounts into a platform for permissionless innovation. Its infrastructure allows any developer to extend the feature set of any smart account through self-contained modules. Using the platform, developers can reuse, build or customize smart account modules to create powerful onchain products.
