SoundHound AI (Nasdaq: SOUN), a Santa Clara, CA-based voice artificial intelligence company, acquired Amelia, a NYC-based enterprise AI software company.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The business combination will position SoundHound AI as a leading provider of voice and conversational generative AI, with reach across multiple industries – including retail, financial services, healthcare, automotive, smart devices, restaurants, and more.
