SurgNet Health Partners, Inc., a Nashville, TN-based ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management company, has acquired Tuscaloosa Endoscopy Center, a Tuscaloosa, AL-based provider of gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
The amount of the deal, closed on July 3, 2024, was not disclosed.
Led by board-certified gastroenterologists Dr. AB Reddy, Dr. Rekha Khurana and Dr. Kartika Reddy, Tuscaloosa Endoscopy Center provides gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
With its first partnership in Alabama, SurgNet is now positioned to grow its footprint in Southeast U.S. following Ohio and Michigan. Dr. Reddy will continue to remain actively involved providing care and shaping the future of the center.
