Cercle, a San Francisco, CA-based AI women’s healthcare data company, raised $6M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Outsiders Fund, with participation from FemHealth Ventures, CGHealth Ventures, and Rogue Women’s Fund. They joined existing investors Sheryl Sandberg and Tom Bernthal’s SBVP fund, and a small number of individual angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to widen its application beyond the fertility market, expand its global presence, and accelerate its engineering and product development efforts, including advancement of its LLM offerings.
Led by CEO Juan Carlos Riveiro, and COO Ashley Finch, Cercle is an AI company that gives access to women’s healthcare data at scale. Its platform, the Cercle Biomedical Graph™, ingests and transforms raw healthcare data into real-time insights that women’s healthcare providers use to run more efficient businesses and provide more personalized care.
Since its introduction in November 2023, the Cercle Biomedical Graph has been used by US Fertility, Boston IVF, and Eurofins Genoma, Cercle’s European-based distributor, among others, to drive efficiency for clinics and inform personalized treatments for fertility patients.
