DeltaStream, a Menlo Park, CA-based provider of a serverless stream processing platform, raised $15M in Series A funding.
Backers included New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Galaxy Interactive and Sanabil Investments.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate development efforts.
Founded by Hojjat Jafarpour, DeltaStream helps organizations build real-time streaming applications and pipelines with SQL in minutes. The platform, which leverages Apache Flink© while simplifying its complexity, aims to provide a solution to manage, secure and process all streaming data, irrespective of data source or pipeline.
It is available as a managed service or a bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC) option.
