Form3, a London, UK-based provider of a cloud-native account-to-account platform, raised $60M in Series C extension funding.
Backers included British Patient Capital and Visa.
The company intends to use the funds to develop new products and services to help support exponential growth in key markets such as the UK, Europe and the US.
Led by Mike Walters, CEO, Form3 offers an account-to-account platform for payment processing providing new payment infrastructure models, with an always on, cloud-native, Payments-as-a-Service platform. Today, the system is used by some of the UK’s and Europe’s Tier1 banks and fastest-growing fintechs to handle their critical payments architecture.
