mPulse, a Los Angles, CA-based provider of Health Experience and Insights (HXI) technology, acquired Zipari, Inc., a leader in healthcare consumer experience technology.

Led by Tabatha Erck, EdD, MPA, CEO, Zipari provides a plug-and-play suite of CX software solutions built for insurers, TPAs, and U.S. healthcare payers of all sizes. The company serves more than 30 million members via their payer customers.
The acquisition further establishes mPulse as a leader in healthcare innovation, meaningfully expanding its scale while maintaining a strong profitable growth profile. The transaction combines mPulse’s HXI technology, which integrates health portals, omnichannel consumer engagement and predictive analytics, with Zipari’s proven ability to enable healthcare organizations to drive highest-value customer engagement actions while streamlining back-office workflows.
