Wunder Mobility, a Hamburg, Germany-based provider of software and hardware solutions for vehicle sharing, acquired GoUrban, a Vienna, Austria-based software provider for vehicle-sharing operators.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Wunder Mobility will expand into pre-booked and station-based models across various vehicle types, covering cars, micromobility, and multimodal systems.
