ADP (Nasdaq: ADP), a Roseland, NJ-based technology company providing human capital management (HCM) solutions, acquired WorkForce Software, a Michigan-based workforce management solutions provider that specializes in supporting large, global enterprises.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

This acquisition will expand ADP’s global offering of workforce management solutions and enable future innovation in the space. WorkForce Software’s capabilities, as well as their global support organization, will broaden the full suite of workforce management solutions ADP offers to meet the needs of its more than one million clients in over 140 countries.

Led by  Jeff Moses, CEO, WorkForce Software provides time and attendance, scheduling, forecasting, leave and absence management, and employee communications capabilities, whether employees are deskless, hourly, unionized, full-time, part-time, or seasonal.

Led by Maria Black, President and CEO, ADP is a provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration, and an innovator in business outsourcing services, analytics and compliance expertise.
