Bluesight, an Alexandria, VA-based provider of Medication Intelligence™ solutions for health systems and hospital pharmacies, acquired Sectyr, a prvovider of compliance and audit management platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Bluesight will expand its portfolio to include 340B audit and compliance tools in response to demand from customers.
