Colehouse Group, a London, UK-based financial services and government change and transformation consultancy, acquired Dragonfly, a UK-based tech-enabled services consultancy.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Colehouse to combine AI technology with consulting talent to compete with traditional offshore models enabling more effective client integration, delivery optimisation and scalability.
