Covu, a San Francisco, CA-based company which specializes in AI-native services for insurance agencies, raised $12.5M in Series A funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $20M, saw participation form Benhamou Global Ventures, ManchesterStory, and Markd, and other new and existing investors. The coany can unlocked an additional $4m in debt and equity financing upon reaching key milestones.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its expansion and operations, drive further innovation on its platform, and accelerate growth across key markets.
Led by CEO Ali Safavi, Covu provides a platform designed to improve the insurance servicing industry. Through AI-native solutions combined with human support, Covu enhances customer experiences and operational efficiency for insurance agencies while providing flexible servicing models to meet the demand of modern consumers.
