Crescendo Raises $50M in Funding

-

Crescendo, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an augmented-AI customer experience (CX) platform, raised $50M in funding.

The company was valued at $500M post this investment.

The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Celesta Capital, Alorica and strategic angels.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by Andy Lee, Chairman, and Anand Chandrasekaran, President and co-founder, Crescendo developed an augmented-AI customer experience (CX) platform that combines the AI with human domain expertise to deliver outcome-driven results for fast-moving, digitally-native enterprises growing quickly. With its approach, the company offers scalable solutions that optimize both frontline and back office operations, helping companies create meaningful, personalized customer experiences.

Less than one year old, the company has already scaled its operations to six continents by acquiring PartnerHero, a customer operations outsourcing provider.
