Exyte, a Stuttgart, Germany-based innovator in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, has completed the acquisition of Kinetics Group, a company which specializes in installation services, equipment, and technical facility management.

With this acquisition, Exyte will expand the portfolio of its technology and services business area, consolidating its position as a player in high-tech plant solutions, while increasing its regional coverage and extending its business activities beyond the engineering, planning and construction phases, ensuring continuity of customer relationships by offering services during operations.
