Fynk, a Vienna, Austria-based legal tech startup, raised $3.5m in funding.
The round was by 3VC and 10x Founders.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations, its global business reach, and its development efforts, investing in deeper AI integration and developing more connections with the everyday business tools customers use.
Led by Constantin Wintoniak, Dominik Hackl, and Markus Presle, Fynk provides a platform that allows small businesses to import, draft, review, track, sign and analyse contracts at scale. The company’s contract management software features templating, dynamic and conditional content, electronic signature, real-time collaboration and many integrations.
While its current customer base is primarily in the D-A-CH region, the platform is available in both German and English already.
