The company intends to use the funds to open a new U.S. data center in Colorado and enhance its Silicon Valley-based position as an integrated cloud provider.

Led by Alex Yeh, Founder and CEO, GMI Cloud is a digital infrastructure company with the mission of empowering anyone to deploy AI and simplifying how businesses build, deploy, and scale AI through integrated hardware and software solutions.

Its AI solutions combine flexible GPU infrastructure based on NVIDIA accelerated computing with Cluster Engine, the company’s proprietary resource management and orchestration platform.
