Gruve, a Redwood City, CA-based services provider of innovative AI-driven solutions, acquired Lumos Cloud, a Pleasanton, CA-based network consulting and training organization, that specializes in software-defined networking (SDN) and automation technologies.
The amount fo the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition further enhances Gruve’s capabilities to provide End-to-End services for SDN, Cybersecurity, Automation and Managed Services.
Led by CEO Cuong Tran, Lumos Cloud offers services including consulting, deployment of software-defined infrastructure, and professional training programs like Cisco ACI, Nexus, and NDFC workshops.
Led by Tarun Raisoni, CEO, Gruve is dedicated to empowering businesses with AI solutions that streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and foster sustainable growth.
