HR Path, a Paris, France-based global leader in HR consulting, acquired IN-RGY, a Montreal, Canada-based HR consulting firm specializing in HR digital transformation.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This strategic acquisition will consolidate HR Path’s position as a player in HR transformations and expands its global reach.
Led by Founder and CEO Sébastien Massicotte, IN-RGY has established itself as a player in delivering quality HR solutions and services. With partnerships with solution providers such as SAP SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software, and UKG, it has built a reputation for its expertise and innovative approach to HR digital transformation.
Led by CEO François Boulet, HR Path provides companies with solutions to optimize recruitment, the development and retention of talent. Through its three business lines – Advise, Implement & Run – the firm provides consultancy services, HR systems implementation and payroll outsourcing, enabling companies of all sizes and sectors to effectively transform and optimize their HR functions. The group now operates in 22 countries, employs over 1,800 people, and serves over 3,000 clients worldwide.
The acquisition followed HR Path’s €500M fundraising from Ardian to accelerate its international acquisition strategy and consolidate its position as a leader in HR transformations.
