Kando, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based wastewater intelligence company, raised $10m, bringing the total amount raised to $30m.
The round was led by DC Thomson, LIP, Ram-On Investments, Bridges Israel, ICI Frund, Aliaxis and OurCrowd.
The company intends to use the funds to drive global expansion, focusing on the US and Europe.
Founded by Zohar Scheinin and Ari Goldfarb, Kando provides a solution that leverages proprietary machine learning models trained on in-house IoT wastewater data to optimize wastewater quality management. This approach enables significant cost savings, enhances wastewater reuse, and supports sustainable urban water management in cities across the US and Europe.
