Maven Clinic, a NYC-based virtual clinic for women’s and family health, raised $125M in Series F funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $425M, was led by StepStone Group, with participation from existing investors General Catalyst, Sequoia, Oak HC/FT, Icon Ventures, Dragoneer Investment Group, and Lux Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance its partnerships in maternity care.
Led by CEO and Founder Kate Ryder, Maven is a virtual clinic for women and families. Its digital programs provide clinical, emotional, and financial support all in one platform, spanning fertility and family building, maternity and newborn care, parenting and pediatrics, and menopause and midlife.
More than 2,000 employers and health plans use its end-to-end platform to improve clinical outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and provide equity in benefits programs.
