The round was led by First Round Capital with participation from Y Combinator, BoxGroup, SVAngel, and Liquid2, alongside founders we admire including Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox), Andrew Ofstad (Airtable), Kulveer Taggar (Zeus), JJ Fliegelman (WayUp), Richard Aberman (WePay), Ralph Goottee and Tracy Young (PlanGrid), and more.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Adit Abraham, and Raunak Chowdhuri, Reducto offers document ingestion for any workflow. Its API allows users to convert complex, unstructured documents like PDFs and spreadsheets into structured outputs for RAG, process automation, and more.
