Revyze, a Paris, France-based provider of a social learning app, raised USD6M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Speedinvest and Moonfire with participation from Motier Ventures, Station F, Illka Paananen (cofounder of Supercell), Riccardo Zacconni & Sebastian Knusson (cofounders of King / Candycrush) & Nickey Skarstad (Director of Product, Duolingo).

The company intends to use the funds to introduce new features, hire talent, and expand into the U.S. market. Beyond France, they plan to expand in the US in 2025, where it already has a small pilot and an early community of creators.

Founded by Guillaume Perrot, Anatole Blanc, and Florent Sciberras, Revyze is a social learning app designed for GenZ and GenAlpha, combining the engaging elements of TikTok with the gamified structure of Duolingo. It offers a mobile app where students learn through short videos and quizzes created by their peers, with all content verified before being posted.

With over 1 million users and a growing community of creators, the company aims to improve the learning experience, making it accessible, personalized, and social.

Revyze intends to do so by gamifying the learning experience, through new features such as daily quests, coins, badges and status – learning from Duolingo & mobile games. Additionally, the aim is to build a more social platform so that students can add their classmates on the app to engage with them over educational content, & personalize recommendations further.
