RoomRaccoon, a Breda, the Netherlands-based provider of cloud-based hotel management software for independent hotels, acquired Lobbi PMS, a Ghent, Belgium-based software provider for small to medium-sized hotels.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This strategic partnership is set to bolster RoomRaccoon’s presence by expanding its user base in the Benelux region and further afield with an additional +300 properties.
As part of the acquisition, RoomRaccoon will welcome the Lobbi team into its ecosystem. Lobbi’s founders, David De Windt and Philippe Mangé, along with CTO Geoffrey De Muer, will remain on board to ensure a seamless transition for their hotelier clients.
