Sysdyne Technologies, a Stamford, Conn.-based leader in cloud-native solutions for ready-mix concrete operations, received a strategic growth investment from Insight Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The investment allows Sysdyne to retain majority ownership.
The company intends to use the funds for continued innovation and growth.
Led by Jill Zhang, CEO, Sysdyne Technologies is a pioneer in the ready-mix concrete industry, and delivers a comprehensive SaaS (Software as a Service) suite that redefines batch, dispatch, and delivery management. Its interoperable platform is designed to help concrete producers modernize legacy processes.
