The combined platform integrates internal workforce data and external labor information and insights across a unified data architecture, enabling customers to forecast, scenario plan, and solve for future talent, skill, and capacity gaps.
The combined entity will serve a significant global client base, including over 700 Global 2000 companies. HRForecast will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TalentNeuron LLC, with Fleischmann and Vetter joining TalentNeuron to help drive the company’s vision of strategic workforce planning across the globe.
