Wrksense, a Dublin, Ireland-based AI-driven HR tech startup, raised €825K in Pre-Seed funding.

Backers included Enterprise Ireland’s High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) fund and a strategic group of angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its reach, enhance its AI features, and build strategic partnerships with recruitment industry leaders.

Co-founded by CEO Andrew Connolly and CTO Ruaidhrí McDonnell, Wrksense is designed specifically for recruitment agencies managing projects. The platform integrates with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enabling agencies to offer a modern, tech-driven solution for managing exclusive recruitment projects. With its AI-driven tools, agencies can reduce manual tasks, better engage with clients, and efficiently handle even the most complex hiring needs.
