GrayMatter, a Bengaluru, India-based analytics products and services company, acquired Servy, a Houston, TX-based provider of an enterprise self-service platform for hospitality.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, GrayMatter will create a solution that will elevate airport non-aeronautical revenue, thereby positively impacting travelers and airports worldwide.
Founded in 2014, Servy provides enhanced airport hospitality through mobile ordering technologies. It is providing an airport e-commerce platform, serving over 80 airports worldwide.
