Siit, a Paris, France-based provider of a AI-powered service desk solution for IT and internal operations teams, raised $5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by StageOne Ventures and Seventure Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, expand its market presence, and strengthen its team by hiring talent in engineering and go-to-market roles.
Co-founded by Anthony Tobelaim (CPO) and Dimitri Cabete Jorge (CTO) and led by CEO Chalom Malka, Siit is an internal service management platform that leverages advanced AI technology to enhance employee support and streamline operations. At its core, it uses large language models to automate routine tasks and assist employees efficiently. The platform integrates with communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, featuring an intelligent “invisible” ticketing system that simplifies request submissions and management. Its workflow automation capabilities extend to processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal approvals.
