Verisma, an Alpharetta, GA-based provider of intelligent health data management solutions, acquired Olah Healthcare Technology, a Columbus, OH-based company that provides Enterprise Archiving Solution (EAS) and integrates with electronic health records (EHR), offering secure and efficient ways to retire, archive and access legacy data.
