Volta, a Milan, Italy- and Paris, France-based provider of an SaaS AI powered B2B distribution platform, raised $6.3m in pre-seed funding.
The round was led by Emblem, with participation from Robin Capital, Founders Future, Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, as well as the family offices of Berlusconi and Agnelli families.
Co-founded by Mario Parteli and Paul Guillemin, Volta provides a B2B commerce distribution platform that is designed to empower brands, wholesalers, and distributors to automate repetitive tasks to streamline operations and accelerate growth.
The company is focusing its efforts on four pillars:
