Vosaio Travel Group, a London, UK-based destination management company, acquired Operation Europe, a London, UK-based company which specializes in special interest European group tours.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Vosaio Travel Group will accelerate its growth, including the acquisition of complementary brands, such as Operation Europe.
Operation Europe has been delivering special interest tours to its international B2B customer base for 40 years. Its founders, Tom Barrett and Jeremy Hawes, will plan to remain with the business.
Led by CEO Martin Knuepfer, Vosaio specializes in the B2B tourism industry working with suppliers at competitive rates, thus ensuring high standards and a better quality-price ratio.
