CookUnity, a NYC-based provider of a chef-made meal delivery platform, acquired Cookin, a provider of an operating system and platform for chefs.

Founded in 2022 by Morley Ivers and Michael Baruch, CookUnity provides chefs with a solution for managing logistics, packaging, and delivery, and focus on their craft and build commercially successful food businesses. With Cookin’s platform, chefs gain additional tools for business management, marketing, and direct-to-consumer sales, opening new avenues for income and growth.
This strategic acquisition will enhance CookUnityās commitment to supporting chefs while broadening access to meals for consumers.
