IRIS Software Group, a London, UK-based global provider of accountancy, education management, HR and payroll solutions, acquired Dext Software, a bookkeeping automation platform provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will unite two cloud-based platforms, Dext’s Bookkeeping Automation Platform and IRIS Elements, to deliver a complementary and fully integrated, end-to-end solution for accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses.
